NOT all orders qualify for a return and/or refund. Please contact me to determine if you qualify for a refund/return.

All soaps and handmade goods are not qualified for return and require a valid detailed reason as to why a refund is being submitted. Photos may also be asked to be submitted.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an error with any of the products or anything on the order, please submit a report.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient (incorrect) by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

If you haven't registered an account on www.thestonedathomemom.com and added a billing method, you agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and after 30 days will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

We do not accept returns of sealed or cosmetic goods, such as but not limited to face masks, soaps, lotions, bath bombs, etc. Which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Size Exchange - All of my non-cosmetic products are made after you place the order, if you order the wrong size an entirely new product will have to be made from scratch. For this reason, we do not offer free size exchanges.

Returned by Customer - Please contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for cosmetics and non-cosmetic products, as well as size exchanges, would be at your expense and discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
